The Regency Apartments is one of Sydney’s top 10 residential and retail complexes consisting of 565 apartments, retail shops, a Fitness First gym / pool complex, a hotel complex and a public car park. The building consists of two towers, one of 32 floors and the other 22 floors. In addition, there are 2 levels of retail and 5 levels of parking. It is an extensive area to clean both high and low, inside and outside as we have open areas and practice a high degree of recycling which is demanded by the buildings 1800 residents.
The building appreciates Stevens ability to supply experienced cleaners who stay with the building for long periods. He ensures they are well inducted on the buildings needs on security, health and safety and how access is to be gained to all the buildings areas.
