This letter serves as a Business Reference Letter for Steven Chang and his company TAL Property Services. His company has been associated with the Regency Apartments for over 20 years having supplied cleaning services and at times pool and gardening services.

The Regency Apartments is one of Sydney’s top 10 residential and retail complexes consisting of 565 apartments, retail shops, a Fitness First gym / pool complex, a hotel complex and a public car park. The building consists of two towers, one of 32 floors and the other 22 floors. In addition, there are 2 levels of retail and 5 levels of parking. It is an extensive area to clean both high and low, inside and outside as we have open areas and practice a high degree of recycling which is demanded by the buildings 1800 residents.

The building appreciates Stevens ability to supply experienced cleaners who stay with the building for long periods. He ensures they are well inducted on the buildings needs on security, health and safety and how access is to be gained to all the buildings areas. They use a large range of chemicals and equipment and are taught how to use them properly and safely.

TAL Property services has developed an extremely skilled work force that exceeds what would be acceptable levels of performance in other apartment buildings.

Building Manager Regency Apartments

TAL Property Services have been the Bauhaus Apartment cleaning contractors for the past 15 years. They have maintained the building and facilities to the highest standard. Generally, contractors are not held this long as in my experience as a Building Manager, time after many years grows complacency.

This has not been the case with TAL.

On a regular basis the cleaning manager inspects the building to make sure the scope of works is to the highest standard. Anything missed is directly conveyed to the onsite cleaning contractor. TAL maintains a good relationship and communication with building management and is always looking to improve their services.
